So i wonder, the cookie cutter approach that me.tv offers and actually charges $24.95/annually for, is it reasonable?
Granted, it's just like any other hosting account, just specialized for .tv, however, with all other hosting, we have a choice where we want to host. In this case it's me.tv or bust.

Does anyone know about a competitive offer and has anyone made any money from their me.tv account?

That's just the thing, i have 5 .tv domains with enom and some more over at GD, i can't seem to make a .TV site out of them though, unless i pay $24.95 For my own benefit, i'm hoping that i've overlooked something, other than that, i'm not exactly happy with the me.tv deal.

If you registered with enom, then you can take advantage of the me.tv tools. For your other sites, if you transfer to enom, you can take advantage of those tools. Perhaps you are missing the information or link that tells you more about what you are looking for.

Basically:

You register at Enom"whatever" you get free hosting and setup tools.

You register at non Enom related/inbedwith/random site that does tv, you get a name. (no offense to those here who can do the tools, I think you are wise for signing up)

I just spoke with Enom VP Services this morning and one topic is revenue through me.tv. He told me that this will be available this summer with the option for us to add our very own adsense code. This might change along the way due to deadline.

Social Networking Tools is just added service when you register .TV for $23.95/year for non-premium. Ofcourse you can do whatever you want for your .TV domains.

Hope this help.
