If you want an appraisal for an established website make sure to put that in your appraisal. I would suggest also posting in the review my website section of Namepros. If want you can pm me the site and traffic numbers and I can tell you want I think. Websites are usually valued on a 12-24 months revenue model but it really depends on the site. Forums and social sites tend to be valued more by number of members then revenue.
