Topic where you can suggest domains

There should be a section in the forum where users can ask people to think of domains for their new website and such, I would be more than happy to moderate it as I love suggesting domains and it would also get traffic away from pickydomains and such, I don't want this to be an np incentives thing as but a standing category and users can rep the person whose domain idea they choose or even give them np....
