Where Can I Get A Shorten URL Script?

Hi,

I am looking for a top notch Shorten URL script. Something that is preferably free. Would like it to have a email link to friend type feature but not essential.

Does anyone know any scripts like that? I did try hotscripts etc but must have been using the wrong search terms as I only got 1 result back.

I use TinyLink on sid.to. Easy to install, and free (if you keep a link to phpFaber's site on yours).
