Where can I find this network card driver

My girlfirnd asked me to find this driver for her coz she want to format her pc. I told her to search in Google and i ve done the same but still i vent found it. most links are dead links or not the same driver. she's going to install Xp so it would auto detect but thought better download it and keep it anyway.

this has to be one of the most popular nic cards, im pretty sure xp has the driver for it all ready. linux should handle it. and if its in a mac.... wtf? :s

Thx guys i found the Auto installer driver from Realtek web site. yesterday download link dnt work but today it did.
