okay I know the first thing about being a domainer is being patient. But honestly shouldn't .tv at the least be starting to take off? I mean not alot of sales or is that because .tv domainers keep quiet about their sales. Maybe it's just me and my names but I cant give away my .tv's.

This is my portfolio someone tell me is it my names(which I think ) or is .TV still ramping up?

Gymnastic.TV
Investorchannel.TV
Lpga.TV (possible TM issues)
Newsbrief.TV
Nightly.TV
Watchfree.TV

I Think a few I have have some potential but .TV is not that much indemand for my reg fee names to turn a profit. IHMO premiums would go first.

I have also been a little frustrated with not 1 .tv domain posted as sold on DNJournal in the last 3 weeks!

I guess we need more patience...

Things do seem to be picking up, I met with a VC last week about my Start-up and he was genuinly impressed with my key word .tv names I own.

I've got some bills that need paying, heck I'd just like to sell anything.

Investorchannel.TV sounds like a good development project for 2007, IMHO. :talk:

Best of Luck.

Take off, this vernacular always intrigues me because it is putting a domain ext in the same context as a small unknown company trading on an exchange. The .tv ext is a development extension and not a domainer extension in the first place. Owning hundreds of .tv domains that get no traffic or development will never be a profitable strategy IMO. .TV will never be .com nor will any other ext. The entertainment world knows about the ext, fortune 1000 companies know about the extension some interested some not. There is not going to be something to click and everyone say I got to own a .tv. The ext is intuitive there are many keywords avail to reg that are not availin any other major tld those are the benefits of the ext. TV can stand out where people will say don't develop on a.net because a lot of people will type in the .com TV as the most recognized two letter phrase in the world is easily memorable. If you are not going to develop then I think you need to own premium .tvs in most cases for a resale in the secondary market.
