Just wondering why when some domain extensions are sold, it is as if it's a rear event that should be celebrated.

Could stating some yet to be registered domains as premium domain and the high renewal price be a challenge to the liquidity of domains in such extension? Because it appears most of the low liquidity domain extension have that in common
