question When does a domain (sales lander) appear in Google's search results?

So most of my domains are not shown if you search them on a browser's search bar because they are just Sedo sale landers, not actually developed websites. But some of them can appear if I type mydomain .com on the search bar (not the address bar). The first result would be: mydomain .com is available for purchase - Sedo .com . How can I achieve that for every domain I own?

Edit: Based on the uniques of the domain, I guess it might be related to a decent amount of people searching my domain + .com, so Google shows the search result even if it's a sales lander. It was previously indexed, but others domains I own also were, but they don't follow this way.

Depends on a bunch of things like a) is the landing page indexable and b) how competitive the core keyword phrase is.
