When can I transfer a domain?

How soon after winning an expired domain auction like at NameJet, can I transfer the domain to my preferred registrar?

What if I want to sell the domain?

In this case, would pushing the domain to another account at the same registrar fall under the 60 day transfer rule?

eNom has a account lock for 45days for the names you won at Namejet. You can't push or transfer domains.

Following registrars have no lock for domain push:
myDomains
Moniker
GoDaddy
Answerable

The 60 day transfer lock applies to every registrar only if it is a dropped domain.

Godaddy applies 60 days transfer lock if you buy a domain at tdnam so cannot transfer to another registrar. You can push though to another user at godaddy aka you can sell it via sedo etc immediatelly
