Upload Speed: 1790 kbps (223.8 KB/sec transfer rate)

it may not be wrong you may just have a bad route to that server.

on the original link I get

983.40 kbps

and on your link I get

906 kbps / 939 kbps (it all depens on server used)

The reading I got was 2.1 Mbps. Not amazing, but not bad. I like my connection.
