I won an auction on Sedo and wanted to change my billing address before I pay but their system wouldn't allow me. I e-mailed [email protected] but the only response from them was an automatic e-mail telling me to pay. I have been trying to call the number they provided 617-499-7200 for the past 3 days but the line seems to be always busy.
Is Sedo always slow like this? Is there another way to contact them about this issue? Any Sedo rep on this board?
