What's up with Sedo?

I won an auction on Sedo and wanted to change my billing address before I pay but their system wouldn't allow me. I e-mailed [email protected] but the only response from them was an automatic e-mail telling me to pay. I have been trying to call the number they provided 617-499-7200 for the past 3 days but the line seems to be always busy.

Is Sedo always slow like this? Is there another way to contact them about this issue? Any Sedo rep on this board?

In recent days, yes, they are very slow. They must be busy in some auction events.

In a word - YES ! I sent them an email on monday, 5 days later and still no reply !

You could try contacting Sedo's REP Kevin here at NamePros although he does'nt seem to be very active here compared to the last Sedo rep Mara.

I sent a question 2 weeks ago using the system they provide and I still have not heard back either. :'( I'd like to buy some stuff but need to change my CC and I can't seem to find a place to update....

I too emailed them a question about 10 days ago and nothing, plus my last 3 "sales" have went bad so they are beginning to be a waste of my time (again).

Shocking is'nt it D-: they seem to have forgotten the basics ! communication - This quote springs to mind.

Update: I finally recieved an e-mail reply from one of the reps. Hopefully the domain transfer will be smooth and fast.

(I see alot of such threads.)

Comparing... afternic , a deal can be concluded within a single day., when both Buyer and Seller are both "fast"

yeah, strange is'nt it, sound people can send 5 emails and never get a reply - the next person sends one and gets answered pretty fast :|
