How much reduces the dash its value? Is there a value at all? Does anyone know an affiliate program that could be used for the site?

Hello!

In fact, the hyphen hurts the value. Also Semrush reports no US monthly searches for these two terms combined. It reports however 590 US monthly searches for the terms "credit building loans" with a CPC of $6,72. Another interesting fact is that buildingloans.com.au sold, this year for $1,086 (extension is not prime, but no hyphen here). For your name, I would say mid to high $xx. With some luck, maybe very low $xxx.
