How much do you value this domain? I'm new in this world and don't know whether the price I've been asked is fair or not.

Are you buying or selling? How much are you being asked?

I think that is very expensive. IMHO.

what would a fair price be?

cancer genomics .com is a scientific term, not marketable words.

In fact, there is a well established site cancergenomics.org...

I know that. I'd like to know your opinion on the right price for cancergenomics.com.

It all depends in your purpose. Now, as outsider, I don't see a short-term business development for this domain name.

Average monthly searches:
- cancer genomics = 10
- cancer genetics = 20
- genome analysis = 10

I've set incorrectly search on Google AdWords Planner...
O_o

True Average monthly searches World Wide

- cancer genomics = 880 - Low - $2.41 (CPC is theoretical)

- cancer = 673,000 - Low - $1.92

So, all said, "cancer + genomics": low to mid x.xxx
More low than mid, because I don't see business value!
