question What's the deal with "blockchain" and "bitcoin" and trademarks?

So what's the real deal with domains containing "bitcoin" or "blockchain" and the registered trademarks for those words. Yes, there are trademarks, but then I see such names listed on places like Afternic, Sedo and Dan. I also see they show up in domain sales.

Are they uninvestable, or have they become generic, despite the trademarks?

Interesting, but still not sure how to proceed on bitcoin and blockchain names. I guess I will keep them listed for sale, but on pages without advertising, which can cause TM problems.
