what's safer paypal or google checkout?
i'm talking in terms of chargebacks, or is it the same risk?

just that the forums are a complete waste of time for selling and want to focus more on enduser sales and passing traffic too,

in fact one of my biggest concerns with google is they think they're bigger than anything and you cant pick up the phone and sort stuff, once you find the link to contact them you seldom get the response you need if any
at least with paypal, although they all sound like cyborgs but you can ring and sort stuff, im leaning towards them or just tbh as almost all my domains are in at least xxxx may range i as well just put escrow link on page and be done with it

I always thought sedo charged 10% or something like that. Either way, for some sales to non-domainers I'd prefer not to point them to sedo but rather have a checkout service I could use to process credit cards cheap and easy.Optional said:I
the Sedo escrow service is easy. You just email them both party's details.
The only extra mucking about a buyer has to do is to register a Sedo account, which takes about 30 seconds. Nothing else is different for them.
It's $50 or 3% of value, whichever is higher.
They let the buyer pay in almost any way they can think of too.
I've wondered about that too. If you're setting up your own sales site, as I think the OP is doing, why not install your own checkout process?Jasonn said:I always thought sedo charged 10% or something like that. What does it take for the buyer to qualify for "mass pay" ? It's more than just having the funds in your account isn't it?Domagon said:While on that, from my understanding, though not certain, Mass-Pay can only come from PayPal balance. So Mass-Pay may be slightly safer to accept than regular payments, and costs way less.
