Estibot valuation and average search

guys should i regester dot coms with estibot value of around 1k and exact match searches of around 3k to 15k... brandable or unbrandabe what are such name's potential for sale/development. I dont have much money and time and experience so will investment in such domains safer?
I will be pleased to get some inputs from senior domainers... I am talking abt expired domains here...
