Godaddy's (high) appraisal is $282.00 On the other hand, seovalidate.com has a value of $583.00. And the educated verdict is?

Not bad, would develope nicely. The net available the org has the same parking pic as the com which makes be think....yeah you own that one too, which makes me want to check and see if....yeah you own the dot info too. The name is for sale on godaddy for ~1400 (i forgot the exact number and dont feel like checking again). YourSoreHip available in com for regfee. Its a build it if you bought it name in my opinion. The only non enduser offer you would get is from a fellow domainer-developer and we know how cheap they are. $xx A super serious enduser coming along and offering something close to what you have it for sale for would probally only be once or twice a decade event. My thoughts too when I bought them. So smart am I that when I bought these, I looked at MySore...everything.com and most are available: always cause for pause!

As we get older, and yes my hip does hurt, hoping this will become a once or twice a decade (sales) event.

Any aging population needing hip replacements might flock to such a site.

It's not an "organic" search term, though, and would require some branding and SEO work, but it's a nice brandable and it's memorable.

These kinds of domains are difficult to appraise because they often don't have high GAKT numbers, but the right end user might pay some good money for it.
