Just pop an email to every realtor in Copenhagen. For sure, one will snap it up. I don't think $1,000 is unreasonable.

I agree with you, i went to Copenhagen last year and nearly everyone speaks English. Should be an easy $1k sale to an estate agent, IMHO i would push for 5k and except 3k.
