I'm catching the tail end of this, seems to be some kind of controversy...

Must be something odd to evoke this type of a response from one of our members.

Thanks for confirming Rob is tarnishing the domain investing community.

Your support goes a long way.
It's amazing how Epik is excelling with its CEO. He has attracted some real talent. I was surprised to see so many talented people join Epik. Amazing.

I thought this was a thread about what's going on with Epik? A review of Epik thread. Right?

No registrar should be defined by the sites it hosts or the domains registered.

Yes you're absolutely right. Epik should be ashamed of themselves. What an embarrassment it must be for all employees.

You have displayed such courage displaying your opinions. Do you think QAnon appreciates your service?

Yes, you're right.

Epik is the worst registrar of the decade.

Smart observation!

Interesting article about Epik...

Wow, I didn't think Epik was that bad.

But wow. That's horrible. I can't believe Epik would do such a terrible thing.

Epik even bought ad space here on NamePros ...

Wow, you really think namePros should ban Epik from advertising on namePros?

I guess if it's to protect namePros members, then I think you are right, that namePros should consider banning Epik from advertising on namePros.

What a noble suggestion @Silentptnr !

I really like to research.

Oh wow.

Are you saying Epik could or should lose their ICANN accreditation for not properly disclaiming .O domains at check out?

I agree, having customers agree to a ICANN check box at checkout could be misleading to customers. I just don't know if that amounts to risking ones ICANN accreditation.

Perhaps we should create seven new threads now?

Interesting legal analysis on "Escrow". Now I will definitely try Epik for escrow.

Here's the part that I found interesting..

"Indeed, the simplest escrow is simply asking a friend to hold the stake when two people are betting on the outcome of an event.

Only when real estate or securities are involved do the far more complex rules imposed by government become active. The role of the escrow holder, however, invariably involved a contractual set of instructions and a fiduciary duty, something to keep in mind should you ever be asked to act as escrow."

Oh wow, so you're saying Epik escrow isn't actually escrow?

That sure sounds like more bad (Epik) press for the domain investor community waiting to happen.

Nice having Epik to handle escrows as an option. Seems to be working for some real players in our industry. Really cool.

Really cool.

Yeah, just about every other registrar besides epik is really cool for not supporting neo Nazis content.

You couldn't be more right. Epik is NOT cool.

Shame on Epik for enabling such a website.

Funny how some registrars actually give instructions on how to properly set up controversial websites...

Wow, I didn't know Epik went to that extent to enable gab. Shocking!

I was also looking into the WhoQ project over at Epik... I think that will be a real winner for the domaining community.
