No page rank yet but has key phrase "what is the date" typed in 83 million times a month into Google search. Also other phrases such as "date of today" "What is the date today" "the date" typed in several million times so definitely some serious Adsense income to be made. Asking about 100 dollars if that's too much i'll go down to 80. There is very little competition for this type of site and it was a good idea of mine so when Google finally notices me it will most likely make first page.
