I discovered (quite by accident) that this can be done, but I don't know the ranking repercussions of this being a permanent situation. In my case, I wanted both to point to my site and they eventually did.
You might be better off creating a subdomain for your site.

if you fwd your typeo to the actual site your parked page would be bypassed and not seen!
is that what your asking is what will happen to the parked page?
it will not be accessible .
If you don't forward the domain to the parking company, the parked page doesn't exist any more. They are dynamically generated based on the domain the traffic is coming from, no domain... no page.
