They are offers.

Many are very low offers made by other domainers trying to get a deal.

There is no way to know who made the offers or how much they were for, or if they were shill bids made just to get interest in a domain.

It was registered by USA based company from 2005 to October 2016 , I renew it on 22 january 2017 for 20$ .
