What to expect for the rush tomorrow

Having not been around for any previous 'landrushes', I'm curious how things will work tomorrow. Will people be informed 5 minutes after the opening of the gates whether they've 'won' their domains? Will it be an ongoing all day, all (next) week long process. Will domains winners get their domains right away?

The anticipation is exciting. Perhaps someone could develop some sort of probable timeline of how things will fall in place...

What's really exciting is that in the last 3 hours 43 of my pre-registered domains have gradually been removed by my registrar as last minute sunrise applications stream in. ( most of them with some cock-eyed half-baked excuse of a trademark claim. If this goes on then by tomorrow morning at 11 am Landrush kick-off time I might be lucky to have a dozen names left out of my initial 120 names which I steadily build up over the last 2 months with lots of painstaking research and effort. And then off course at the end of the landrush I might be lucky if I get only 1 name allotted to me out of the dozen remaining. :'(

I'm sorry to hear that man... It really is amazing how some of these names have passed as trademarks... Hey, BTW, what happened to that funky avatar you had? He was cool... best I've seen on namepros...

Hi binaryman, I absolutely certain that some of my pre-registered domains are trademarks and I was absolutely stunned to find them availible. I guess when you have a trademarked name (and your a big enough company) you don't have to worry about these landrushes eh? I bet they are laughing at those of us who think that they have scored a "microsoft" type domain just because we found it availible for pre-registeration. I wish they would do the trademarked name search BEFORE they make the names available... doing it after is just CRUEL!

Immediately? or several days or weeks from now? In other words, will it be instant gratification, or delayed anxiety :)
