I would have said no it won't.

Some tactics people use, is to present the domain name in a mock website to let buyers see how it would look like when used in real-life.

To do this, they use stylish Photoshop fonts and recreate the domain names as if they are title heads on a neon sign, a billboard, or a magazine publication.

Then they create a one-page mock website design to give a potential buyer how the domain name looks like when used in a real-life website.

Think of it as trying to sell a pair of jeans, by putting those jeans on a mannequin to help a customer visualize.

But as always, there are savvy customers, and there are simpleton customers. The savvy ones will view all this photoshopping gimmick as garbage, they are just interested with the name plain and simple.

The simpleton buyers, well, some circus tricks can help.

Putting up a site with 5 articles isn't going to raise the domain price.

If you plan to sell a custom website, then you'll get more. But they are buying for the custom site and not the domain.

So I wouldn't advise on creating a site for the sake of selling a domain.
