I'm not sure what to do

I just thought about something. I've never sold a domain before, & I've been trying to sell mine for about a month now. I just don't know what to do when somebody wants to buy 1. I have a paypal account as well as an escrow account. I'm just not exactly sure how to use them. And what about the registration? How do I handle that? I need some insight people. Can someone help me?

1. First you need to know how much is your domain name really worth and how much you are willing to sell.
2. With PayPal it`s easy to receive money with your paypal email address.
3. The easiest way to transfer a domain is to push it to an other account at the same registrar. It´s a free service. Transfers to others registrars with Auth code can take around 6 days or longer.
4. Never push or transfer your domain if you haven´t already received your money.
5. You can also use Sedo to complete the deal even if your Domain is not listed there. Just check the commison.
