hmm i am after a domain in the .com

i own the .eu .org and .info

only i want the .com and .net ofcourse.. but .net is not for sale

the .com isnt used for about 2 years....

and isnt updated.. i tried to mail the guy who registered it.. but no reply..

now i know a guy thats on that site.. and i know his telephone number.. but no email from him...

the change is big that they want to sell it for 200 dollar or something like that..

what should i do?? and what is the best way to make contact???
