I want to set up a website to list the 50 + domains I want to sell.

I will list them on Sedo as well.

Any tips about what i should include on a sales website, apart from the obvious such as:

names for sale
contact email address

What other things should I include to demonstrate that I am a reliable seller.

Other Essentials on a Sale Site
1/ How payment will be handled (escrow/Paypal/Whatever)
2/ Lists of Previous Sales
3/ Articles promoting the advantages of the type of names being sold.
4/ Link to a Whois Service so potential buyers can check ownership Bona Fides.

Thanks,
I see you are a member of DNOA.org.

Does that help?

Renewal date (sounds better than date of expiration)
registrar

Those are important.
Price - There are two schools on this. If your price seems reasonable to a customer then he might buy when if you asked for offers he would pass on.
But it locks you into whatever price you list.

Payment methods and some way to contact you. If you list an email then consider placing it in a gif, not typing it in the HTML - this will prevent bots from harvesting it and sending you spam.
