What should I do??

someone contacted me via MSN 4-5 days ago and asked for a logo.
I made it to him.
he liked the logo.
then, I asked him to pay me and he said he don't have the money yet so I let him get the money in the last 4 days.
I saw he sold some things in other forum and got the money.
I sent him pm's and he don't reply and he's not online in the MSN...
he has 9 itrader in DP...
what should I do in this case?...

if you have the message records you could give him a "warning". and if he still wants to be a prick then spread the word on dp (and here too). i'll even host the screenies or .txts if you want

contact admin of dp if they can help out, (though it's already in their tos that they don't want to get involved on these situations) but try again,
get your archived covo on msn, save it and that is your only hold against him and your pm convo on dp if you have it.

pls. next time don't do this esp. on im's make sure they pay first some 50% or any percentage of money before you design with them, this is so because you don't have a hold against him. it's better that they have good itrader ratings here on namepros

Try contacting him on DP and request a read reciept to know he has gotten it. Make sure he understands that you will tell everyone about what he did. Hopefully he will then pay you. Give hime a few days to respond and then contact admin and start letting people know he didn't pay you.
