A user 'EBKNET' wanted a logo in namepros chatroom, i told him i can do this. We added each other on MSN, he gave me details on how he wants the logo and i gave him a quote.

He agreed and i got started on the logo.

ten minutes later i have a concept ready for him. after six revisions i had completed the logo.

Guess what happens?

He disappears, with a rip of my logo.

His whois is protected so i cannot phone him.

the website where the ripped logo is located on is http://www.euroroot.org

if you look closely you will still be able to see the watermark.

What do you suggest i do?

I'd just like to point out that I've dealt with this guy quite a bit in the past. Several years ago he was a hosting client of mine - always paid on time.

I have recently done a HTML Job for him - job has not been paid in full however I did receive the down payment of just over 50% (and the payment terms were negotiated previously, so thusfar I have not been cheated here either). If I have not received the rest soon I will update the community.

Jason - I remember he was telling me about being unhappy with a host about 1-3 weeks ago (it all just blends to me!) I am unsure if that is you or not, but it is something I would like to point out.

I guess I would like to just point out that thusfar in all of my dealings with Devon things have been going fine. Of course, if something happens on this project I will be letting every community I am registered on know, but until then everything appears to have been running fine (I will have an update by the end of next week).
