1st off not sure if i'm posting in the right place.
I signed up for a reseller account on the 26th Aug, on the 27th there was a 4 hour downtime that i knew offcould have been longer, again today 2 hours at least, so i cancelled my account and requested a refund, now they have cancelled my account and also the paypal subscription, so I asked when the refund would appear and was told i'll do it "inabit", now they had to go into paypal to cancel my subscription so how hard is it to issue a refund.
So whats my next step, i thought of filing a claim with paypal?
