I WAS UPDATING MY INTERNET EXPLORER AND IT WOULDNT DOWNLOAD ALL THE WAY SO I CANCELLED IT AND NOW A POP-UP CAME UP AND SAID

PLEASE WAIT WHILE SETUP IS CANCELLING...THIS MAY TAKE SEVERAL MINUTES

WARNING DO NOT RESTART YOUR COMPUTER. RESTARTING YOUR COMPUTER NOW COULD HARM YOUR SYSTEM.

ITS BEEN 2 HOURS NOW!!! I DONT KNOW WTF TO DO NOW! WHAT SHOULD I DO??

When my geeky wife is not available to solve problems - I generly reformat my computer - but that is Olny recomended as a last resort.
If you computer reboots - use netscape or opera or other browsers for a while and see how it goes - also retry to update your browser - but that is always best done from a CD IMHO
