What registrar offers low cost multi-year registration? (Any extension)

As title says, I need a domain registrar that offers cheap multi year domain registration for any extension. ccTLD not preferred, any other extension would do.

I have only seen something like this once: in 2018 Namecheap was running this promo for some new extensions – $6 for 5 years. They never repeated it since then.
