price depends on how reliable the servers & network are, how quick support is, hosting is not about a certain amount of space & transfer=$5-$20 depends on the market you are targeting, you can sell hosting to the average user for $1 a GB on transfer or you can tap into your local market with people who trust you and sell it for $2-$15 per GB if not better, if it's reliable they will pay more, $20-$50 per month for a business site is nothing to them, Plus the more you charge the more profit you make on less users therefore you do not need to overload a server and you will also have less support costs per server with less users. Really depends on the hosts business plan as to their pricing. quite a few cheap hosts come & go as they overload their servers or can't handle support requests because they sold at rock bottom pricing and didn't budget for expansion, depends on the business plan & who you are targetting, just for a ballpark I think that plan could easily fetch $10.00-$25.00 per month if not better depending on the target audience.

Hosting prices can be all over the place. For that kind of plan, I have seen everywhere from Free - $1 per month, to $120 per month. Personally, I think if you are offering a great service, anywhere from $6 on up per month is a good start.

Depends on the quality ...

I charge $16-$17 month for 500mb of space but our server isn't overloaded, the hardware and support is great ;p

Basically, you get what you pay for.
