What .mobi will sell for 1 million?

Some day a .mobi will be reported sold for over one million dollars.

What name do you think will set that record? If that is to difficult to answer, what industry will it address?

As the owner of one of these names I certainly hope so but I think the marketplace is the wrong place to discuss it.

Thats a super list, guess I missed that. I agree except for the scores.mobi, what would that be good for. One I never thought of and makes perfect sense to be a big hit is songs.

Scandiman is likely thinking like I am thinking, that a couple of my .mobis should go for that amount. But I don't know if I undertand the secrecy about talking about the names. If you posted you thought your name was worth that much it would at least get some publicity right?

Jacpar, do you own that name? Thats ok if you believe it. But I think a name like bank.mobi would win before that one. Sure Vegas is a big market, but where do they take all that money?

But Imo there are even other factors that will determine the first .mobi selling for one million dollars or more.

For instance .mobis to be a success should be as short as possible.

Another factor is the mobile user profile will have alot to do with prompting the sale. If music is the predominant factor when stats are shown as to the average user then its possible a music name can take the prize.

This extension is proving to be a boon to domainers. Congrats to all who got off the fence when .mobis were offered and now own some gems.

I'm not trying to be secretive, Search my postings and you will find what you want to know.
What I am trying to do is respect the rules of marketplace threads. This thread belongs in the dotMOBI forum, not the Marketplace.
