well right now 3 character .info are still available isnt it so i guess its reg fee.
but of course in enduser's eyes it might be diffrent case but even LLL.info min wholesale price is about $100 only

letter number combos have little to no value unless you can put some meaning to them at this point. Of the examples, st7 might have the most value if promoted as "street 7" instead of pure characters.
