Indeed, but it depends on our intentions too I guess, long term or short term (flip for a quick buck)...but now I guess you know, patience is the key to big money and success

Unfortunately (perhaps) my first two sales were for $4,000 followed by a $20,000 sale. In the early days I thought everything had 3 or 4 zero's attached. More fool me

My first sale was for low xxxx. The buyer was the previous owner who mistakenly dropped it. Buyer has the name forwarded to her WIX website
