I searched but didn't find any faq about this...

What is the safest way to buy a domain from another namepros.com member? The payment is below 200$ and will be done using PayPal.

Is it a good idea to start a thread with the name of the selling member and the fees involved so everybody knows if the seller doesn't respect the deal?

Any other idea?

Typically when dealing with another NamePro members at that size of transaction I require a paypal mass payment. It requires the funds to be in the account, making it much more difficult to reverse. I also look at past history, if the member has solid trader rating or a large post count, I typically give them the bennefit of the doubt.

In your case, considering you have 7 posts and a member for less then a month, I would proceed cautiously. (more than likely requiring the other NPer to be located in the US and accessible by phone)

Well, the seller is kleveros who already has a good iTrader. I'll ask him to post a short comment in this thread to confirm the transaction and I guess everything will be fine!
