What is better for search engine?

Just recently bought the domain names CasinoTutorials.net and GamblingTutorials.net. Which way of developing is better for search engines? Should I keep everything on the main domain and have it like gamblingtutorials.net/poker, gamblingtutorials.net/roulette, etc... or should i use subdomains and set itup like poker.gamblingtutorials.net, roulette.gamblingtutorials.net, etc..??

There's nothing wrong in using sub-domain.

A sub domain is, in-effect, a redirect from "???.yourdomain.com" to "yourdomain.com/???"
Thus, all of the pages under your subdomain, or your subfolder point to the exact same place, and have almost identical URL's, just scrambled around.
www.video.google.com is the same as
www.google.com/video

I'm entirely not sure if Google's algorithim ranks subdomains any higher, but seeing as how they're going to the exact same place, I highly doubt it.

because of blog sites like Blogger, Wordpress, etc., Google considers different subdomains to be from different sites... so John.Wordpress.com and James.Wordpress.com are not considered to be linked by default... Wordpress.com/John and Wordpress.com/James are. Consider that when you make your decision.
