Adding travel search engine

I am working on a site for a client who is a travel agent. He wishes to sell tickets for AirTran.

My question is, do I have to contact AirTran for the search engine code OR is there something else I need to do?

Search engine code, referring to search engine where you can select departure and destination, numbers of passengers, etc. exclusively for AirTran.
