Obviously it very much dependable on the strength of the name and how much traffic it receives, but what would a realistic price tag for something like..

Poker .co.uk
Car .co.uk
Computer .co.uk
Insurance .co.uk
Tickets.co.uk

Thanks for your input

Wow, excellent domains if you own them :)

I'd easily say mid $xx,xxx

read guidlines:
Post only domains you own or control in the Domain Appraisals Forum.

Got a hunch you don't own all of these.
Use the general domain name discussion board for threads like this

Apologies.. I don't own any of theses domains (unfortunately), I'm simply getting an idea of the value of keyword domains such as the above in connection to understanding the co.uk top end market value..

By own means please move this post to the correct board.
Thx

ha :) I will buy them all tomorrow at that price and personally deliver the cash in a wheelbarrow.

mid $xx,xxx is £25,000 which wont get you much in .co.uk let alone top top names.

Poker / Insurance would be creeping to the £750,000 - £1,000,000 mark (and that is if they would even sell) , and Tickets.co.uk owner has refused decent 6fig offers before. Again, remember £1 = $2USD

For a guide, Games.co.uk was £550,000 , however has not been publically confirmed.

Thanks for the response, it's interesting that we have very conflicting posts on the value of a premium keyword .co.uk domain name..

Obviously any domain name is only worth as much as someone wants to fork out for it, but should a realistic guide price be around the £25k or £600k mark..??

Love to hear other people's feelings on this...!
Thx

I would invite 'easytrader' to give a basis to his post, as £25k is frankly a laughable valuation on those names and either has been posted as a troll or without thinking.

I would love to hear other peoples views as well, but only if they know what a .co.uk is and are aware of sales data (or own a top name themselves?) as at the end of the day thats what counts :imho:

This is meant to be name'pros' so lets keep it on topic and with basis :)

Ok hand up and shoot me down in flames if you want. It was a thoughtless appraisal. My apologies.
