I have a publisher account with one affiliate network, registered use a usa mail forwarding address. (I am non-american)
now they send me a 1099, what's the use of 1099?
it's 1099 copy B for receipt, should I do anything?

earned $10k+ with them last year, they pay by paypal.

A 1099 is a tax form that is sent to individuals who get paid more than $599 (if I recall correctly) in a calendar year.
