A: It is no secret that the game is buying quality, at the lowest possible price. Buying at a bad price...isn't. Regarding the other stuff, it probably is a consideration, depending on what it is

A: If you know the nuts and bolts of what you're doing, whatever business that is, the name will come...IMO. May sound bold, but if you're a half decent business person, you should probably know what a good name is, and know what fits your situation. Simple, memorable, appropriate, and easy to spell
A premium domain like "taxi dot com"...if you are fortunate enough to acquire a domain at that level, the sheer strength of single words like this could pass for being just about "any" business (a porn site, a drone company, a phone retailer, a book store, a travel agency, a music streaming service...). This may sound amusing, but Amazon aren't watering trees in South America, they're a multinational technology company (with a nice word)
