What happened with my DomainSponsor account, terrible!!!

When I logged in my account I found that my status no-pay,several days ago.
So I wrote a letter to my account manager Msong,but have no reply.
Worse thing happened, I just want to login my account today,the notice:"Please enter a valid email address."
Why?I can not login,now!
who can help me?

It could be you were unlucky and had un-natural traffic Next time you should filter click fraud by yourself in order your account does not get closed or suspended...

Yes. The October payment is not due to about the 10th Nov. They are usually very reliable with their payments.

I received my September payment on 10th October. I don't know why you didn't get yours. As I said earlier in this thread you'd be better off contacting Rook Media Support rather than Domain Sponsor Support at this time.
