.tv What happened with GoDaddy

I just was checking godaddy and .tv is no longer in the extension search bar. This could mean one of two things.

Parsons burned his bridges with the extension or they will prop up .tv higher on the food chain. Any guesses, here?

I went to Dynadot & even EnomCentral and typed in a phrase which is available in .COM/.Net/.Info/.Org/BIZ etc and yet you couldn't place an order for it in .TV. Perhaps the registrars will be rolling out domain specific pricing in the next hour depending on ENOM's directive?
