The orange boot in question is a bright florescent metal clamp they secure on to your vehicle, which you cannot remove until you pay up. Sadly the fees came to more than $900. Most frustrating was the bureaucracy at its worst and despite every possible effort they will tow away my car (more fees) on Christmas Eve.

I will save the rest of the gory details but frustrating is just an understatement!
:p. Moral of the story pay off your tickets or suffer the consequences. :santa:
