As potential clients of hosting companies, what questions do you have the burning desire to ask?

Or maybe if your a hosting provider what are your most frequent questions?

A question we at Fused get frequently is if and how they can upgrade or downgrade their hosting package.

That depends on customers. Can't figure out a single question like that. About certain services whether they are supported or not, to get a link to test the speed
and it goes on like that.

I've always used free hosting for my own personal sites but it looks like I'm about to get involved in a project with a professional football (soccer) company. I'm yet to receive actual figures of number of visitors, how much bandwidth is used and how much space is used but my main question is:

At the moment I see from a domain lookup that they are hosted on a dedicated server. What does this mean? They're hosted on a VPS package? What controls come with a VPS package? Is it mainly the same as a shared hosting cpanel or more complex than that?

I want to know why people think they can get a refund for there domain?
Why people think livesupport reps are there best friends (I get questions like I'm bored can you tell me a joke?)
Why people want windows hosting and when I ask why I usualy get the response there more secure (LOL)?

Yeap that impossible to do in advance without using web hosting. That is connected to the support and to the monitoring questions here.

Main thing which clients want to have is quality service and second thing is reliability. If you able to provide these two things to them than they will never run out from you and always would like to pay you extra.

Plus these two things are the motto of quality business as well.
