Let me first attempt to translate into English.

"What I am about to say does not apply to single word domains."

nor will be a well developed site on a good keyword name.

"It doesn't apply to well developed sites on good keyword domains either."

But a long keyword.com with a quick seup minisite could go down the drain

"Longtail domains not properly developed can be a waste of time."

and so will be the resale values of most keyword.com names.

"Domains not properly developed will bring down the value of most other domains."


I'm a little iffy on my last translation. It seems to conflict with the first two. A little help here?
