advice Need advice: I've found 1 word available in all extensions but .com, starts with prefix "de", should i go for it?

I've found 1 word that starts with prefix de, in total 9 letters. taken in .com available on the rest. Would you recommend to go for it or not? Which particular extensions i should register? I'm on a very very very tight budget, and i wouldn't register it unless it's guaranteed to sell short term.

discuss Hand reg is your friend, no matter what others say

Dear beginners, Everyone here was a beginner when they started investing. Not everyone starts domain investing with $5,000. Especially for people who are from developing countries, $5,000 is like 2 years of groceries. In fact, that is one of the reasons why domain investing is one of the most...

sales Sold RoboBakery ●com for $6000

I’m grateful for this sale. I hand registered RoboBakery ●com in 2018. I almost dropped it a few times. I received an inquiry last Friday via Uniregistry. Had to log in my account to confirm that I still own the domain after the inquiry lol, and then the negotiator mode kicked in 😆. I asked for...

    Hand Registration hack using LeanDomainSearch

While I have been trying to be creative and come up with hand registration names (brandables, trending), it is increasingly difficult to find available names, especially with more mature players in the market. Here is a hack that I have come to find: Multiple domain name generator tools exist...

analysis Myth: There are no good .COMs left to register.

You've heard it. In so many forms. "The market is taken, all good names are registered and owned for years. People are migrating en masse to other TLDs. You can't make money anymore with .COM so you have to focus on .xyz, .online or whatnot. Etc etc. Nothing could be farther from the truth...

discuss Two words dot com new domain registration

I observed quite a few two words dot com domains available for hand reg. What should a domainer keep in mind before going for two words domains? Of course developing a domain is always an option to at least recover renewals but assuming most domainers are not tech savvy, this is less likely to...

    discuss The Grandma Test

I think one of the ways to know if a domain name is good enough is to have the grandma test. If you tell your grandma a name and ask her to remember and type it in a browser 2 days later, if she can do that, I think that should be a good domain. This is more like the radio test only one level...
