discuss What do you think: Golem.eu is a best seller for .eu domains? T/F?

Hi,
I checked past sales of .eu domains and found that nobody can sell more .eu domains than www.golem.eu. And Sedo, of course. If you interested - heck namebio.com
I see regular sales, a few per month, prices over $1000... for names that costs less in .com
What do you think? Advertising? Little cheat? Or a good company with good brokers?
This is not hate post, I'm just curious.
